  • We are not typical lobby hotel where only Suite Rooms have portico with view, all our rooms have portico attached to it with long view  of the hills to give you feel of natural beauty of Kolad apart from the amenities in the room
  • True Family Resort in Kolad; claiming to be Family resort is easy but following it is tough as it means declining booking for stag groups on Weekends beyond certain number and even for limited number ensuring Resort has talked to stag guests and explained to them that it is a  Family Resort and they will have to be appropriately behaved as we know boys will be boys
  • We are only resort in Kolad to have Bathtub, Intercom, Mini Fridge facility in all rooms. You playing with kid/family in your room or sitting for drinks, without intercom having to walk 100/50 meters all the time for ordering small snacks/starters for munching, wont be amusing all the time
  • We have 24/7 hot water facility, very few hotels/resorts in Kolad to have that. So we dont decide when you need to have hot shower
  • Nothing beats a hot bathtub to take your worries away and make u relaxed; only resort to have this amenity in Kolad
  • Kolad is off location and rural area, power cuts can be frequent; especially during monsoon. We have 24/7 power backup which lights up all electrical appliances on power cut. Very few hotels/resorts in Kolad to have this facility
  • People often book small  Bungalow /Villa property thinking they will get private space and private cook for themselves; what they fail to realize is that small property don’t have budget (due to their capacity) to hire even decent normal cook forget about professional cook

5.Supplies: Toiletries and white towels provided. Two bottle Bisleri per room per night
