Resort Terms and Condition

Reservation Policy

  • Option 1 (for guest who opt for water rafting) : Check-In time is 4:30 pm and Check-Out Time is 3:00 pm.
  • Option 2 : Check-In time is 11:30 am and Check-Out Time is 10:00 am.
  • If our Check-In/Out timing does not suit your holiday program, kindly inform us about the same. Necessary room allotments can be arranged on prior information, subject to availability, and may be chargeable by us directly.
  • Cancellation or Alteration in bookings is entertained. But prior information is required at least a week before your Check-In date.
  • Please carry a valid government issued photo identity and address proof with you for Check-In Procedure.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.
  • Breakfast timings are 8:30 – 10:00 am henceforth all requests will be chargeable.
  • We really take pride in keeping all our rooms fresh and clean, and discourage smoking in the rooms. It is Only permitted in designated areas of the Resort.
  • For group booking more than 20 adults it’s advisable to book at least 30 days in advance by making 70% advance of bill value, during negotiation phase we can hold the booking only for 2 days max.

Individual Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellation done more than 30 days of arrival- No cancellation charges
  • Cancellation made more than 15 days prior to arrival; 50% of Advance amount (Advance amount is 70% of Food & Stay Bill amount) will be charged.
  • Cancellation made less than 15 days of arrival; 100% of Advance Amount (Advance amount is 70% of Food & Stay Bill amount) will be charged

Group cancellation policy (more than 20 pax)

  • If cancellation done more than 30 days of arrival- No cancellation charges
  • If cancellation done less than 30 days and more than 15 days of arrival- 50% of Advance amount (Advance amount is 70% of Food & Stay Bill amount) will be charged
  • If cancellation done less than 15 days from date of arrival – 100% of Advance amount (Advance amount is 70% of Food & Stay Bill amount) will be charged

Any refund will take at least 7 working days to process.

Pet Policy

  • Pets are allowed
  • We are pet friendly,(November to May)

  • Pet is allowed @Rs500 per pet, onetime charge(Guest to bring Pet bedding & utensil), Pet food is charged separately; any damages done in the room and outside will be charged as per rate decided by Resort. Pet not allowed strictly in the dining or pool area
